Contrast
For this project we had to take eleven photos with contrast. Five photos have to be color contrast and the other five photos have to be subject contrast. The last photo had to be a composite photo.
Leading Lines
For this project we had to use leading lines whether it be man made or natural lines, to draw a persons eye in throughout the picture.
Angles
For this project we were suppose to take 5 photos of two different subjects from different angles. The first five photos taken are of a popcorn machine and the second set of 5 photos are of a softball. The project was to get a different look at the subjects from via the different angles to help enhance the subject.
Golden Ratio
For this project we had to find a subject and use the Golden Ratio to fit with the subject. We had a main subject that catches the eye and then has other subjects that have your eye travel throughout the picture.
Rule of Thirds
Along with the golden ratio we had to find a subject but this time use the rule of thirds. The main thing was to try and line up the lines with the subject. Instead of having the subject right in the middle of the photo the rule of thirds helped with trying to align it with what is called a point to give the photo more visual interest.
Subject
Foreground
In the first photo the shutter speed was rather slow starting out and I had the ISO to 800 so it was sensitive to the lighting that was in the cafeteria. Starting with an f-stop of F-36 it has a small aperture and deep depth of field making all things in the picture focused but as the photos aperture size gets bigger and has a shallower depth of field the more the foreground sign becomes more in focus.

Middleground
Starting from the first photo with the shutter speed starting out slow and the ISO staying at 400 because of the subject that is being focused on has changed to more in the middle of the room which has a little bit more lighting to it then the foreground photos, a lot of the objects in the photo are in focus. Going through each photo the shutter speed increases along with the aperture size getting bigger and creating a shallower depth of field to get the subject more into focus. From the first photo to the last you can see the change in fuzziness..

Background
Starting in the first photo there is a high aperture, slow shutter speed, and an ISO with 400 because of the lighting the background is a bit clear in focus. But going from the first photo to the second it appears to become darker still using an ISO of 400 and shutter speed starting to increase the background begins to become a little fuzzy in appearance. So going on to the third photo with the shutter speed increased and changing the ISO to 800 it allows the lighting to come back into the picture and not appear so dark. Along with each photo being taken the background increasingly is appearing blurry.

Aperture
In the first photo taken there is a high F-stop number of F-36 and a shutter speed of 1/50 which and an ISO of 1600. The picture appears to be very dark with an aperture relative size that is very small meaning that there is little light being let in through the lens causing it to become dark. As the photos are taken the F-stop numbers decrease while the aperture relative size increases allowing more light which is why the pictures appear lighter with each photo taken.

Stationary Subject
In this group of photos the F-stop stays as F-5.6 and ISO of 400. With an F-5.6 it has a shallow depth of field allowing the subject more into focus. The shutter speed however changes through the pictures being taken. The shutter speed increases rather high as each photo is taken. The faster the shutter speed is the darker the photos become.

Moving Subject
For this project we had to go and take 5 photos. We did this so Mrs. Fiedler could see where we are at with our photography skills.
